The process of selection of Vietnam Outstanding Property awards 2023:

• The Appraisal Council and the secretariat will elect the Chairman of the Council for the program. The Council will meet and agree on the criteria for each honored category.

• The Appraisal Council will announce all information about the program and the method of voting to ensure transparency and fairness.

• The Council accepts applications from participating agencies to look for qualified candidates for each category of honors. Application for registration is a basis for the Council to consider for the title of Vietnam Outstanding Property Awards 2023.

• With the appropriate Candidate Profile, the Council will ask for more information (if necessary) according to the instructions given in the Application Form.

• The profile will be assessed (conducted before honors) to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements. An approved application means that the applicant is eligible for the title of Vietnam Outstanding Property Awards.

• The decision of the Council and the Chairman of the Council shall be the final decision.
