David Jackson is the Chief Executive Officer of Colliers (Vietnam), managing the operational aspects of the company along with setting the strategic vision and goals. With over eighteen years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate and Management Services, he advises a wide range of clients in an international and local capacity. Since arriving in Vietnam in 2008, David worked with a number of major occupier accounts and been a primary advisor to large scale organizations such as REE Corporation and Kumho Asiana as well as undertaken a variety of roles within Colliers. An active member of the Ho Chi Minh City business community, particularly in the Business Executive Network, he is also a supervisor and councilor to candidates of RICS and a member of the Board of Directors of Victory Capital. David is a keen advocate for technology and sustainable building practices, as well as diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Lee Leong Seng is currently the Head of Property Development/ Residential in Keppel’s Real Estate Division (Vietnam). He is also the General Director for various project companies such as Saigon Sports City, Riviera Point and the JV developments with Khang Dien. Leong Seng has cumulated more than 25 years of working experience in the real estate industry. He started his career in 1999 and has held leadership positions for more than 10 years, such as Head of Project Division in NTUC Choicehomes, Head of Malaysia market in UOL Group Limited, General Manager/Managing Director for Surbana Jurong in Myanmar. His diverse experience includes managing and overseeing businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Myanmar. He has been involved in different types of development such as industrial, residential, commercial, mixed development and other infrastructure projects. She is a standing committee member of the Hanoi Journalists Association and previously served as Editor-in-Chief of Gia Dinh Viet Nam Newspaper and Lao Dong Thu Do Newspaper. Her exceptional leadership at both publications propelled them to significant success. As a media leader, particularly during a dynamic period for journalism, Ms. Le Thi Bich Ngoc continues to be the driving force behind Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine. She is spearheading innovative and creative initiatives, collaborating closely with her team of reporters and editors to embrace modern journalistic practices and solidify the magazine's brand identity. | |

For six years, Marc also served as an independent non-executive director at VinGroup. Trang has over 16 years of extensive commercial real estate advisory experience ranging from office leasing services, brokerage, tenant advisory, retail development, capital markets, industrial and logistics. She is an active keynote speaker in real estate conferences in Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, China, and the United States.
